The landmark Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, Fla. has just completed the first phase of a $1 million renovation. Ten years after restoring the famed Flagler property to its original glory, the Kessler Collection is revamping the luxe design.

The history and Spanish roots of the hotel and St. Augustine itself are reflected in the renovation’s designs, further enhancing the exotic, Moroccan ambiance that marks the property.
